Not that I needed the pictures......but that car is NOT a GT. The "GT" letters are just some hardware store decals it looks like to me. Ford never made a 4-door GT.

All the other GT options are missing as well.

I know. I will be taking the letters off. I have a Merc 1971 Comet. Not a GT.

You do have the deluxe interior door panels.....which is real cool and rare on a 4-door.

Thanks man. So is yours. I saw those pics and all the work you did. Awesome. One day I'll do that to mine.

Nice stance! I like the wheels, too. What brand are they?

It looks like you had the trim moulding that went along the
top of the body line-near the door handles. That is usually
associated with the LDO or Luxury Decor Option. That would
explain the deluxe interior door panels.

    Again, nice stance!

Yeah I have all the original moldings and the car is covered with old rivets and holes. As for the tires, I'm sorry I don't know. The rims say unique and the front tires say toyo? These tires and rims were falling off the car when I found it. I cannot wait to have her at full capacity, speed, agility, and so forth. Thanks again for the comments. I love my car.
