I'm getting a V8 upgrade starting next week :yahoo: and need to find some headers that'll work on my car. I have currently a colun shift 200ci. I'm looking for the cheapest option, which one of these would work?

    Summit Headers

They all say floor shift only. Also if you have PS you need the drop bracket. Some on here have modified their linkage to make them work. Try a search on here.:)
Hooker and 6901's are the same thing.

What Don said. And when I first responded to this I totally missed the point of the V8 swap. and thought you wanted headers for a 6 banger, I am losing it, and thanks to the edit option lol.

Doug Thorley Shorties will work with a column shift as well as the Heddman Shorties. I know I have a thread or two about it if you want to do a search.

Shorties are your best bet for a mild street machine.
You can keep your column shift and keep plenty of ground clearance.

If you want long tubes, Hookers are top quality IMO.
There are even threads here about how to modify your column shift linkage to work with the Hookers, even though they are technically a floor shift only part. There is also a thread somewhere here about converting your column shift's solid linkage to a cable in order to clear headers.
