Aerospace Components , Mark Williams Enterprises, Wilwood...... You have to buy the whole setup (disc, brackets, pads, calipers), I don't know of anyone that just makes an aluminum caliper that will bolt up.
Yep, none of them are on the websites....you have to call.....I've only personally owned a set of Aerospace for a Mav/Comet.
you just order it for a 69 mustang. i have a willwood kit on mine. i orded it for a 65 mustang and found out that the bearings are different. they went to biger bearings later so try a 69.
I have granada disk up front now, do yall think it would be easier to get the oe drum spindles and order the front brake kit for it? thanks
I used a Strange Eng. kit on my race car - '74 drum brake spindles. They don't list a kit but a bearing swap is all that you need to make it work. Use their 67-69 Mustang/66-69 Falcon-Fairlane part #B4134WC. Only small issue is that they use a GM bolt pattern; 5x4.75". No problem if you have dual pattern rims such as Weld Draglite etc.
make sure you get the right rotors for your intended usage. if your car is a pure drag race car and will only see runs on the track, then you will get the steel rotors, if your car is a street driven car then make sure you get cast iron rotors. im pretty sure the strage kits only come with steel rotors. willwood offers both.
