    i would like to say hello.now thats done.i just bought a 70 maverick from my buddys junk yard its a 6 cylender car and im putting a 350 chevy in it.what do you think.:dance:im just kidding.im not a full on ford guy but a first generation monte carlo club member.im building a 70 monte right now and then the maverick.

    Welcome to the forum. I like the early Monte Carlo's one of my good friends in high school had a 71 SS454 unfortunately he pretty much destroyed that car. Came across another 71 SS454 for sale about 10 years ago which a friend of mine bought. When we were looking at it I told him if you don't buy it, I will. It was a good thing as he is a Chevy guy already.
