How much to replace front end on my maverick?

I am going to have to replace the front end on my maverick and was wondering what the cost might be roughly for everything.

I think another member just posted a price on his to redo the suspension. I think it was around $2000.

What did you pay?

 

Depends on what you want to do. A simple rebuild with ball joints and stuff like shocks should not run you that much. Try PST- performance suspension technology. I believe kits show up on ebay every now and then. I got some parts from a suspension place on McDowell if I remember right. It's been a while.

 

If memory serves me correct, I got the deluxe PST kit (the best one they advertise) for around 500.00. Did the rebuild and settings myself.

 

I think I spent @ $400 at National Parts Depot, all Moog, all Mustang parts, with the exception of the strut bushings, they were like new.

 

Moog parts in my opinion are the key to quality parts in this application. I am Dan Starnes and I approve of this endorsment.
