Ive got a gasket set (rear main, front main, exhuast mani, vavle cover, vavle stems seals, oil pan, etc) for a 250ci. What all is going to work on the 200ci?

the oil pans between 200's and 250's are diffrent so i'd imagine the gasket and the front and rear mains are diffrent as well

water pump and timing chain cover are probably diffrent too

anything that has to do with the head is the same. valve cover, echaust, ect

The 250 block is taller. That changes a lot.
