    Someone here has a 429 in his.

    I have seen another one with a 429 but it had a custom tube front subframe. Anything is possible but it's a matter of how much fabrication you're willing to do and of course how much $$$ you want (and have) to spend...

    I remember seeing a website from some drag racers I think in the UK with a tube chassis Chrysler 440 powered Maverick.

    I believe the one courier is talking about is redneck racing I've seen the car before.
    The guy I bought my last two rearends from has a 460 in his mav.I told himabout this message board, and he might stop by sometime.
