Since the doors are shorter, I'm going to go out on a limb and say yes, they are unique to the 4-door.
That's what I assume too, but I started to wonder because the panels on these cars don't take up nearly the whole surface area of the inner door... Reason I ask of course is I may have found some good panels, but they're 4-door,
