sound and heat deadening the race car

    I used a peel and sick roofing material that you put around chimneys ,but i took a hand held propane bottle and tourched the sticky side so it was really sticky from the head then laid it down and rolled the other side with a wooden rolling pin.Final cover was a tin on both side bubble wrap, it is used to insulate water presure tanks ,this was gluded down to the rubber peel and stick with a lite skim of contact cement . it turned out great . I will post pics tonight with carpet and seats in , cheers James
