I bolted on my weaind x-celerater single palne, my holley 1850-2 4 barrel, and throttle linkage , all thats left is the kick down rod. How do I install the rod to the bottom I found retainer clips online for the kickdown rod. Does the kickdown lever have a nipple on it? Also how do I adjust my kickdown on my holley ?????? I know i cant adjust rod but i have a kickdown adjust screw????

When you change manifolds there is always the possibility that the kick-down rod may have to be lengthened. There is an adjustment at the carb but it has limited range. There is a short 1/4" shaft that is sweged to the lever at the transmission that has a groove for the retainer clip.
