its_not_safe, welcome to the board, alot great people on here to help you out. Your Maverick looks pretty sharp, I like the interior. The bucket seats look comfortable! What are they out of?
Looks like you have an awesome car to start with..... Keep the pictures coming. Just start...it will come to you eventually!!
Wow, what a nice car... to get as your first Maverick. I wish my Ethel looked that nice. Welcome to the board, and they don't come much more INexperienced than me, and I'm learning a LOT here. Again, very nice car. What is wrong with it, that you feel needs to be worked on? My72Mav:confused: I can't believe I said I was "experienced." LOL. I hope you all knew what I meant.
All I have to say is damn! That is a pretty clean '73 and it looks sharp with the mid bumper. Ditto on the where at in ftworth? 3bananas for you :bananaman :bananaman :bananaman
Thanks for the comments on the car i dont know what all needs to be done well the hole wiring and ignition needs to be redone but besides that its just doing what i want to do.. some 17 year old had it and fixed it up but he crashed it awile ago and put new rear end on it so that dosnt need to be done..i live in south Fort Worth by burleson and Crowley...I go to Crowley high if that helps its right of of 35at the burleson exit
Those seats If there was a shot of the seats from a different angle I could tell for sure but they look like later model Honda Prelude seats. Again not 100% on that so lets say about 79% sure that is what they are. its_not_safe, That is one good lookin' car. If the body was that good on mine more than half my work would already be done.
safe; I am using 96 Honda Civic buckets. Did you use the Ford seat rails, or the Honda stuff? Also, did you use angle to mount them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Earl
Hey, they use to have a car show @ once a month in Crowley, maybe this summer we could all try to show up? Xrs and Will both live pretty close.
