Have a couple of 14 x 7 steel wheels where the center of the wheel is riveted (instead of welded) to the outer rimshell. Do these require a tube?

I run 2 piece rims with no tubes.

    Riveted wheels

Riveted wheels are common on Professional Cars, and they will slowly leak air over time. Check your cold pressure often and they should be fine.
