    It'll only fit one way (if you put it on backwards, it'll be too tight to the block) . Pay close attention the the holes, they only line up one way also, there off just a little form each other.

    cool. doesnt the TQ converter only line up one way was well?

    Never mind - the reinforcement ring isn't used or needed with this flex plate.

    It is about 5 inch diameter plate with holes that match the flywheel pattern. It is a doubler plate that spreads the load out from the bolt heads to prevent the thin flexplates from cracking between the bolt holes.
    With the thicker plates that were used in the last years of production they became unnecessary.
