Sport Lamp Question

    1969 1/2 MavPro Street Project, 1972 F-100 stepside 4X4, 2015 F150 4X4, 2ea 2001 Ranger 4X4 extended cab step sides
    I just aquired a 72 LDO 2DR, 302, PS, A/C, and MB. well the car has sport lamps in a chromed grill. All the wiring is factory and the switch is in the correct place and looks to be factory. Did any cars except Grabbers come with sport lamps?

    I only have seen one car..a '72 4-door..with the clear Sport lamps in the grill. It had the switch in the right spot and all the right wiring...guy said he bought it new that way!

    I just wasnt sure, cool then it may be one of those rare things that you run into once in a while.

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    Yep.....LDO cars in 1972 had sport lamps in the grill. Very rare cars.
