My father-in-law and I just returned home with a 74 grabber(that he bought from the 82 year old original owner!! NO KIDDING)with a 302 (106k),auto,ac,vinyl roof, steel wheels.I registered because he does not use the web much, and was looking for any info. I could find about these cars.(and this appears to be the place)As life long ford people we knew what this car is and have known about it for over a year.and finally called the owner.Probably won't post very much as I like to read and search but any and all info will be appreciated.thanks

sounds like a good deal. got any pics to post. as for questions there are a lot of people on here that have done just about anything there is to do to a mav. good luck with it. tell your father in law to jump on here. nobody bites. :D

    Welcome

Your Maverick Grabber sounds nice! A one owner car is nice to. Did he say anything about why he has owned it for so long? Im on my 2nd 74 Grabber. The first one I bought new in 8/74 and kept it 14 years. It was red/black. I have a white/black one now whitch is orginal and only has 33,600 miles. I entend to keep this one. Both cars are V8. Joe
