There is an interesting article on the front page of the Detroit News Paper, Wednesday 1-14-04. Its about the chief engineer on the development of the 2005 Mustang. His name is Thai-Tang and he is from Vietnam! He explains his love for the Mustang and cars in general. There is a picture of him dated 4-30-75, he is standing at the back of a 1975 Maverick 4 door! Im sure it was the family car at the time. At the end of the article, He says he born in 1966. In the Chinese calendar, it is the year of the horse. It seems to me that Ford has the right man for the job! Detroit Newspaper: www.detnews.com Joe

Damn, Joe you are quick! :D

I noticed the same thing, but didn't get a chance to post about it.

We Maverick people can spot a Mav just about anywhere, huh? ;) Good eye!

Did anyone see the maverick parked beside the first GAP store? It was in late 69! Must have been one of the first ones. That picture was around a few of weeks ago.
