maverick valve cover ??

am i the only one that ordered these covers that has not gotten them yet? ...frank...:bananaman :bananaman

I have ordered a set also, i think i did that about last wednesday. I have sent the Maverick Connection Several emails through e bay about when they will be shipped out but i have gotten no reply. So, no, you are not the only one.

i just ordered mine last week too so i don't expect them for a while.

 

would you think someone from the maverick connection would have came on the board and ask if everyone was happy with the covers. or if everyone that ordered them got them. if there were any problems. there seems to be no feedback at all about them and no one can get in touch with them. what's up...frank...

 

someone said they ordered the last set? i checked the maverick connection store and they have 16 sets left. could this be?...frank... i have a phone# but get no answer.

 

The Maverick Connection is basically a one man operation that he does as a part time endeavor. He never comes on here. He never answers his phone. If you email him...he will eventually email you back. Really nice guy if you meet him in person...just very busy.

 

I think the auction that shows 16 sets left is an old one that he forgot to close out, because it still says they are not in yet. If so, then the last guy to buy a set (there were 17 last i checked) may not have actually bought anything.

 

I recieved mine last week. They are great! I am extremely satisfied with them. I wish I could afford to order another set just to keep for the future.

 

Did you ever get your valve covers, Frank?

 

no, not yet. haven't heard a word.
not that it makes me feel any better, but my wife told me this morning that she dreamed they came.( that's scary) my wife is having my dreams. now i guess i will have to be more careful what i dream about.
for now but from what craig, said i have hope.
if anyone that has tried to get in touch with him does let us know what the story is.

I emailed Chuck and he emailed me back saying that all orders will be shipped out on Monday. Seems he didn't have an address on file for some of the buyers who purchased these valve covers, and the ones he did have an address for were shipped out right away. That is why some people have them already and others don't.
