Will 1974 4door Front driversside Floorboards will fit 1972 Sprint?

    Hi all. Well it is good to be back on after a holiday vacation. What type of vacation? Well, let's just say the vacation wasn't the best; but Santa was good anyway.

    I have a question already. Are the Gas gauge tank variable resistors (for lack of a better word) available for the 72 Sprint, or will one from an early 60s Mustang work, if they are even available. Gas gauge is zeroed out, and I put very quick jumper on the plug in the trunk, and the gauge reads full tank, so it is definitely the tank float/resistor.

    Thanks for any information you can dig up.

    floors will work. as far as the sending unit goes, you'll prolly have to replace the whole thing. one of ebay right now..

    Thanks for the reply MM. I really blew that last post. I forgot to discuss the header. But, you got what I meant. Thanks again.

    Yeah, the front floor board on mine is rusted out, due to the previous owner draining his under-the-dash air unit down on the floorboard without any drain tube. Brilliant!:):)
