C4 Auto shifter from colum to floor-what do I need to do?

    Any conversion kits out there? Any of you done it? Whats stores? Any picks?

    I like the cable style shifters myself.
    You only need a hole in the floor big enough for the cable to fit through, and you can mount it in any position the cable can reach. If it doesn't reach where you want it, get a longer cable!

    The Z-gate is very tough and less expensive.
    Not any bells and whistles to break...

    does anyone make the easy to install cable shifter but looks like a manual shifter wuth the boot sitting right on the trans hump?

    the one thing i dont like about most floor shifters is that big black box under them

    i did hook up a shifter wih linkage and all in my cutty but it was definatly a pita, but probably worth the look. everybody asks me if i converted it to manual :)

    it was only like $40 bucks from the spectre rack at pepboys but was exactly the look i was going for. took all frekin day to get in there tho
