again i don't like copying other fiberglass items. i just copy crap..lol! so someone has to make me one first. then i can do it in CF not problem.

besides after the cowl hood that was a nightmare i'm not going to try to prefab something up like that again... at least not at this time. i thinkt he only thing i would even condsider doing was the end caps for big bumper cars but i never got the "quarter pannels" someone said there were going to send me. ;) so that died too.

Note that it didn't meet the reserve either! So it really didn't sell but bid up to that price.

I'd really like the whole hood with the scoop seperate. I'm in the process of looking for a decent hood. Any plans for deck lids? Also I just found this posted on ebay. I tried to inform the vendor that these are Maverick hoods, but like most people that don't have a clue about what they sell, they gave me a huge run around.

someone contacted me on donating a scoop so when i get done with a few other projects i will consider doing the scoop. the only issue i worry about is cost as we can see some thing that $300 plus is too much. however if you look at any CF part that is done like this are not cheap. some peices that are about 12 inches by 1 inches are about $80 bucks. so i'll have to think about this.

as far as the ebay thing. it will never stop. i really just ingnore it now. any person that know their stuff will know that they don't have it or the so call people selling it can't ask questions or will never beable to show you a photo of the hood either. if you notice it's gone now. typical ebay posting. but thanks for the heads up ;)

that was me who contacted you. i have a mint fo mo co comet gt scoop.i would like to finaly see an acurat repop of thease scoops.the cach is i will give you my scoop
for the first one you pop out in carbon fiber. pluss i think 350-400 is fine for your qwality of work and rairity of this part.pluss "think of this" you also have a market with the couger, comet, maverick, cyclone, mustang crouds.i talked to a couger friend of mine yesterday and he wants one badly for his black 71 couger so i say go for it and make 5 ,if they dont sell in the first 3 months then its not worth it or the price is to high.

    Bump.

These probably would sell pretty good because no one else makes em'.
Standard, factory scoop, and 6" (Z28...gasp!) cowl style would be great for large intakes/blower set ups.
