What do you use for a console?

    Screw it to the floor. If you are worried about rust, then put a little sealer on it where it passed through the floor. Most factory ones have brackets welded to the foor and are screwed/bolted to the brackets.

    Barry; my Dad has a '93 Chevy pickup that the cup holders slide under the dash when not in use. Might look for one of those and see if you can make it fit.

    Well, whenever you see me, a cup of coffee or a Pepsi Max is usally not too far away! :drink:

    And, Yep--I do have a bench seat.
    Right now, I am using those little deals that hang on the side of the door, but they make me NERVOUS! Not to steady, I am afraid. I'll figure something out. I just thought that maybe some of you guys knew of something that would be "just the ticket". Thanks! :bouncy:

    Sabrina, have ya'll looked at those consoles for pickups that fit on the seat? I had one a few years back in an old pickup and it worked pretty well. IIRC, the center seat belt strapped it down to the seat, so it wasn't going anywhere....

    seth and i have a mach one center consol in are cars but he has the clock and i fiber glassed some sunpro tachs in mine.
