    this is how I ran my back bars.......

    looks good,,,

    but my opnion on the rear bars threw the speaker holes is that if they are flexable to crawl over the cross bar they can sit in the middle lol

    ryan yes they are prenotched but you cant really go by the notches too much....since i bent the sidebars at the back i had to renotch those bars and the seatsaver bars (thats what jegs calls the back bars) had to be cut at an angle on one end and notched on the other which isnt really as bad as it sounds. i tacked the main bar first, then installed the sidebars then went to the back bars....as far as welding them goes all you really have to do with something that thick to weld is crank your heat and wire speed up to get a good burn. is kinda hard to blow holes in it really. a good weld should leave a trail on the back of the steel your welding. if your leaving humps on the back then your too hot just tweek it back till its smooth. and once you cut the pipe to size use the cutoff pipe for practice is what i did lol. if you want the part numbers for the cage and seat savers let me know i will look them up for ya....not sure what the shipping would be though, fortunately i live pretty close to jegs
