new shoes for the mav

    hey got these about a month back but just got pictures

    15x7's there are four of them, but only two pictured

    they have 195/50/15s on them

    i dont mind them on the front, but i feel the back of the car is a little empty. and the ride is kinda stiff, i want to go to 70's this season, when i can get pics of them on the car i will post as well

    yah i actually took them, but my dad is currently drivin a boat from illinois to california, and has the camera.. so ill get them when he gets home

    and yah im not sure between the 60s on front or the 70s, def want 70s on back

    i was originally thinking 235/70 for the back and 205/70s for the front, i already have a cut coil so it has a bit of a rake as it is

    Those should look great on it. My dad used to have wheels about like those on his Comet.

    yah man for sure, its already and improvement even with the wussy tires lol, i just dont dig the ride quality

    i need to get out there and put the new glasspack on too.. so much to do this christmas break

    haha, i dont know, if they take some ill post them up.

    he should be home friday or saturday, and then after the new year me and some buddies are hopin to take the boat up to a lake and do some fishing and campin, that should be some good times

    also, just while i have this thread open, how much nicer is ride quality with the 70s over teh 60s, im not lookin for perfomance, just a nice ride

    you need a rim as wide as the tire to keep the ...roll... out. :yup:

    buncha guys make fun of the rear end of my maverick caus the tires are so skinny (stock size)

    they call 'em "pizza cutters" lol
