    missing my 71 maverick i6 3 on the tree :(
    i still say the car that Adam sandlers main character in eight crazy nights had was a maverick. you see it towards the begining of the movie when he stumbles out of the bar..

    I thought it was a poor drawing of a 67-68 crapmaro but it could also be a poor drawing of a 70-72 maverick grabber :)

    1974 Maverick I bought for $500 8 years ago when I was 16. Since then I have invested $30,000 into it.
    I finally saw the movie. I rewound that part and played it over and over i saw the taillights and was convinced it was a Maverick. Tried to show my wife and she said,"mm-hmm, thats nice hun." Me, Im like a little kid seeing a toy they want on TV. Cant complain though shes supportive of my Maverick and goes to shows and stuff. 74Maverick, Thom
