Well, it looks more and more like I will be buying a 1969 Mustang coupe. A friend of mine has one in excellent shape, no rust no dings, and he is asking a reasonable price, Plus the added factor is that I dont have to drive 6000 miles to get it. If i cant get a Mav in the next 1 1/2 months Ill probibly go with the pony. Glen
Pony The 69 Mustang coupe sounds like a very nice car! You could always get a Maverick later and have both. I have a 74 Maverick Grabber and a 69 Mach 1. Some people may think it is selfish but if you were to price an new Mustang GT or SVT, I dont think Im to far out of line! You could also sell the 69 in favor of a Maverick later. Anyway I dont see how you could lose! Joe
Not that this is a mustang board, but ill post pictures later, it's valued between $3,850 - $7,250, and i think im picking it up for around $2500. and I don't think I can have both, I already have a 55 olds in the garage wating to be restored, and my wife dosent want anymore hanging around (especially because the olds has been sitting for 12 years) he he he. Might trade, not sure on that one. Glen
