The mav is gone but i'm still here!
I need a daily driver really bad and i think i found one, it all depends on how much i get paid on thursday, but i think i will get it since its a 6cyl and will probally get great milage after some mods.

    http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/car/491195206.html

and i will probally end up swapping the interior into my mav.

That looks like an excellent deal. If you don't have the money for it right off, maybe you could leave them like a 25 or 50% deposit to hold the car? I've done that a couple of times.

Hope they haven't sold it already.

That sounds like great mpgs to me:) If i get it i will upgrade the xhaust, convert to elec. ign.,lighten it up,play with the tranny a bit.

I called in sick today:hide: and i'm going to call again(comet) in about 3hrs.
the only bad part is that my washing machine fried, thats the real reason i couldn't work today, and it also means i have to buy a new one so i guess i'm working OT all week if i want to buy the comet.:bouncy:

Hey--forget the washing machine! Just go to the laundry-mat for the next couple of weeks and get the car! :thumbs2:

Washing machines are easy to get, but those old cars are few and far between! :thumbs2:

Listen to an opinionated old lady! :yup:

Sounds great, but my mom doesn't want me to buy the comet(because i have about 6 non-working cars in the yard right now:D), so if i buy her a new washing machine she might be less mad.;)
