Advancing the cam...(Note : Befor you assume that your cam card specs are correct always check to see what the cam specs are yourself in my case lift and duration were correct but the centerline was way off advertised to be 109deg. but was really 116deg. just some advise)

    nice shop

hey Killercomet can I use your garage to check my cam, I'm working out in the cold with no heat. I hate the winter.
My honey got me a hot wrench for christmas and said I could use that for heat, well at lease that's a start.
I see from the pixs you have some nice improvements in the plans, good luck with everything.

    Terry

P.S. is that your little sister's dresser there with all the stickers on it.

Ditto, no heat sure does take fun and initiative out of working on the cars!

Hey Maverick Guy, winters are rough out here. Just yesterday when I got into my Mav to drive it to the spot I shot the photo I sat on those cold vinyl seats and when you're wearin shorts that stings!

All seriousness asside, I'm not from Cal. but have lived here most my life. I've spent some cold winters when I was growing up in Detroit,MI., Toledo, OH, Brooklyn, NY, Rantool, Il, East Paterson, NJ and even a life time for two years in Dallas. I'll take So.Cal. hands down. But this morning it was 39 degrees. Cold is Cold and we get it too.

HotRodBob, I guess you could say, you served your time! :D
Must of got out on good behaviour, or just flustration with the Winters we have back in Ohio etc. With that said, at least we don't have to worry about earthquakes and forest fires etc.

Quakes only last a few seconds and fires, well they can get bad. This year they got within a 1/4 mile of us. First time in 25 years.

It was strange when I lived in Toledo. I rode a skate board and no one knew what it was and they thought I was crazy. I got pulled over by a cop in down town Toledo 'cause he could figure out what I was doing (1965). Kinda like the hover board in back to the future as people just kinda stared at me.

I had a Wizzer motor bike and a go kart. Tried to ride them in the snow. Wow what a trip. I lived through it or should I say, those places lived through me.

I get back to some of those places every once in a while. Got to the dream cruz this year. Gotta go back to NY in March. Nice places to visit, but I'll keep this as home for a while longer.
