some pics of the fuel cell and system being plumbed

    The aluminum tub is tigged together and installed in the car- the cell is placed inside and the rear sump is tigged up. Other pic is of the beginnings of the fuel system being plumbed. Car is going to run two filters (one 10mic on the suction side and one 100 mic after the in line pump). I designed a fuel injection system for this one, so the pump had to be fairly trick- the on-board injection ecu and controller will also regulate the methanol/water injection and control boost from the blower.

    Those AN fittings are nice to work with and easy on the eyes... but the wallet...oh brother! :slap:

    the cell looks plastic, but the sump is aluminum...
    what am I missing?

    :) The cell is plastic- the tub it is sitting in is aluminum, those are bulkhead fittings connecting the two and protruding out through the sump.

    to blown75mav, LMAO- it should have read "timing for the blower" instead of "boost from the blower". I'm typing faster than I can think- not a difficult thing to do, I assure you. :rolleyes:

    thanks everyone- I also havepics of the boxed sub frame connectors that we installed, but I need to upload them to the forum. in a few min i'll post something about them. :)
