Sounds like it's time for a new clutch and flywheel resurface.

If you hear the grinding when you push the clutch pedal down, its the throwout bearing. If you hear the noise in neutral without stepping on the clutch, its probably the the trans input shaft bearing. If you hear it in gear in motion the trans is tired or not enough gear lube in it,lack of gear lube will make it noisey no matter what.Good luck, hope this helps you.Is it hard to shift???

thank u 4 ur help u guys ... just one more

if any where around or in ur throttle body, maf sensor is dirty like dirt build up would that cause a lack of steady flow and would that cause a loss of horsepower. or how smooth and strong it picks up. something like that.

its hard to shift now, it makes noise when i push the clutch down, it also makes noise in gear, and in neutral dam seems like everything is f..ked. how expensive are trans input shaft bearings?

Before you start buying parts, remove the tranny and clutch and find out what it needs. If you have been running a dry transmission then there is no point in replacing the input shaft bearing or the throw-out bearing. Take a look at what you have and what you need.

You may find that all you need is some little thing. Looking is always the best way to find out.
