wow!!! looks like it sunk in the mud and was there a few years..... if you arent going to save it i would remove the wheel and whack the drum with a five pound sledge and break it lol will probably have to to get the drum off there
I'd like to be able to roll [or drive] the car off of the trailer---You never know when you might need your trailer to haul a Maverick. I just don't have time to get the engine running until after the holidays. Funny you mention the tie-down, Russ. I probably could have done without the tie-downs (almost) with the two front brakes frozen and the car in gear! The underside is only rusty in the front because it was low to the ground in front. The rest of the rust is on the doors, fenders, and quarters. More Pictures of the Car
Doug unloading is the easy part. Just back the trailer up to a big tree, wrap a chain around it, put that diesel in low gear and let 'er rip. Oh ya don't for get to take the tie downs off either Russ
No, this is the one that was advertised on this forum: Maverick For Sale Post I'm going to part it out eventually. The sheet metal is riddled with rust holes. Supposedly, the motor will run. I just haven't had time to play with it with all the overtime at work. (You can see more pictures of the car further down the thread).
