Hi all. I am needing help with some paint codes. Does anyone have paint codes for grabber green. This does not have to be the original. I am also looking for newer grabber type greens...chrome green if you will. If possible, send a sample color with your replies.

I was going to paint the Mav a red like it was originally but we have stripped it down so far that I am able to make a color change if I want. When we first bought the car we planned on making it grabber green but our body man talked us out of it due to cost/time to swap out a color...its kind of a moot point now.

Anyway, any help with paint codes would be much appreciated!!

    Thanks.
    Jim

The paint code for a 1970 Ford Grabber Green is Z. Check out this website for paint codes and chips. It's kind of hard to see how a metalic color looks on a computer. You are only seeing it as a one demensional color, but it might give you an idea of what it looks like. www.autocolorlibrary.com.

I dont think the code on the car is what I need. This does not need to be an original color, just close. I need the actual code that you would find in a paint sample book. Probably a newer color code would be better.

I am looking thru the links above. Thanks.

It seems like there was a Geo or something like it out there that was this type of color. Recommendations are appreciated.
