oil pan tread

    oil pan thread

    there is a thread on here that tells me what oil pans fit and what ones dont and i cant find it can i get some help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz:tiphat:

    there is a post on the site i ran across that explains all the different oil pans that have been tryed and do or do not work on the maverick,

    had pic and all ..... deep sump , shalow sump, oem morrso,tci ect had alot of info but i cant find it :hmmm:

    I just got the oil pan they have on Autokrafters. Its an OEM Ford front sump pan

    I know this is a bit nit-picky but can you please correct the tittle of this post. For some reason the whole tread/thread thing is really starting to get to me. Go figure. I have no idea why this is such problem for me. Maybe its the thought of an oil pan have a tread... I dont know. :p

    :biglaugh:It's more likely the recent trend in mis-spelling words and not having to worry about it. You now get an "A" in school for any word spelled,:huh: no matter how mis-spelled it is.:rolleyes:

    I have used a Moroso 10" sump on a 302 and 351c in our cars.
    Worked fine.

    I have heard a kickout type pan will only work if the kickout is angled like a Milodon pan. When they are boxed, they hit the lower suspension arm mounting horns.
