ok..so i've seen it done but i dont know how...does anyone know where i can get some blackout foglamps that go in the grabber grille? and if buying htem is not possible...how would i make them? Thanx Rooster
I know someone who just cut a piece of plastic (cant remember what kind) ,that went in between the light housing and stock lens, and they used some kind of tail light tint. You can buy it in spray cans if I'm not mistaken. Hope this helps out.
Your not too far from me (around 120 miles) and my car came from Paris, TN which is not too far from you either. If you could you should make it to the car show at Standing Stone national park in October. I plan on being there and there might be some more mavs coming too.
where is it? and when? if i can get my mav put back together and painted i would love to...but im having money issues right now and i prolly wont want to enter mine in any shows bc im not doing anywhere NEAR a show quality job..i just want it to look REALLY good goin down the street
Its October 13th in Hilham, TN. There are 32 classes to enter and they are giving away 150 dash plaques. They even have a "under construction class" for unfinished cars.
well that gives me about..what 3 weeks? if i can find some money under a rock somewhere i'll show up w/ my maverick..if not ill try to go anyway just to see what people got...are you gonna have your mav there?
Most seats you will find will cost you. If you had a set of factory bucket seat tracks you could just put them on what ever seats you wanted to. I've been looking at some bucket seats from the 89 s-10 style blazers. I havent gotten a chance to see how the bottoms are made but they look alot like factory buckets.
