I'm not sure what it is but the key won't turn over the starter. I've replaced the switch and the solinoid and the key will still not work. i have tried to switch the wires around on the solinoid and everything and have just had to run a push button start. Does anyone know what i could try to do to fix it?

If you have an automatic transmission it could be a bad neutral safety switch.

Try moving the gear selector while trying to start the car, could just need adjusting. Also try starting the car in Neutral. Keep your foot on the brake!
