Wet mothballs--will they corrode painted metal surfaces?

Get a rat trap and bait it with a small pice of cloth rolled up, with peanut butter in it, bend catch open for a hair trigger. That's the only way to get rid of them for sure! Be carefull ,those traps can break a finger!
