    Hey all:
I picked up the car this morning. I can't believe how clean the
firewall is. The underside looks almost as good, and almost no rust.
It even looks like it had some major A/C work done just before it was parked 10 years ago. Almost seems a shame to part it out. I wish I had somewhere to keep it.

Don't feel bad it's a 4-door ... lots of good parts on there for sure!

Nice score! I got a running, driving '73 4 door for free. I drove it to my grandparents house and stripped it to nothing. :) Looks like you got a great deal, tons of good parts there.

You could always get rid of the shoebox and park it there.

There is a perfectly good parking space being used by a non Maverick/Comet in picture #2. Whats up with that? Looks like you have a space for the new baby.

Okay then, $200 for the car.
    You take PayPal?

I am not sure how to cut the quarters never done that before.
:naughty: OK no tacky remarks about my '53 at least it's a ford.
Besides I might just use the 4-doors drive train in the '53 depending
on whats wrong with the motor. The Maverick isn't really drivable at the
moment. All the wiring is chewed up from the squatters(rats) that were living in the car,and the seller said he blew up the motor 10 years ago.
I'm not sure what that means plus I got no title or keys just a bill of sale
saying the car was for parts only.

That's an excellent score. There is a lot more than $100-worth of parts there..
