Well it was a great weekend for the Maverick World in Iowa! I attended two shows and went up against Mopars,Chevys & GTOs. On Sat. they placed me in a Muscle car class (Not one Ford Class there) with 18 entries (no Mavs but me). It's hard to get any respect for a Maverick in the Muscle class with Cuda AR's & GTO Judges but when the day was done we got some! Third place & a Mayor's Choice for us. On Sun. another show and again placed in the Modified class with you guessed it more Muscle cars and the largest class of the show with 14 cars. We came away with a second place and some more respect for the little Maverick. I know it sounds like I'm bragging and maybe I am but around here Chevys rule soo we all need to celebrate a Maverick kicking butt this time!
