Looks really clean but it also looks like a rattle-can touch-up job on the engine, look at the waterneck for overspray. Wonder what my wife would say if I replaced her Contour with a 4-door maverick?

Hey my wife might be on my side if we had her car paid off. The first thing she asked was "is it a 2-door or 4-door". Two kids and about 20 errands a day. She loves mavericks though, we met because of my 72 Grabber. I honestly think without the 170hp V-6 and A/C, Power everything , that she would really miss the modern conveniences.

Just thought I would let you know that I lived in the big O for almost fifty years. Worked for UPRR until tranferred to Ark in 89. Raced at Sunset and Playland in circles. Also drag raced at flightland airport near Blair. Just heard big red beat colorado today, also a Ford guy all the way. Good luck on your project.

Hey Old Guy, it's a small world. My father worked as a machinist for many years in the blue building at UPRR. We almost ended up in Arkansas as well. Go big red and Go big blue oval. Thanks for the support and good luck on your "back-half".

Oh...it's pretty......pretty high I think. Buy it now for $4995....I don't think so. But....that is just my opinion.

I had posted about this car last week as it was in the Auto & Rv Magazine here locally.
