put 4 door buckets into a 2 door???

    Only problem I see is if you get rear ended. The seat back would probably fold right back. Not a good thing. I wonder if you could take the mechanism off the bench seat and adapt it to the bucket.

    if the seat mod. is to go forward, i don't see why that would be a prob. in a rear end crash. :hmmm:

    i did think of that, but the bracket is very hefty metal, i dont think that will be a problem... as for adapting the bracket for the bench seat, you would still have to come up with something to keep the seat from going backward too far... i couldnt beleave that there would be such a differnce in seats from a 4 door too a 2 door.. anyone have a granada bucket or later maverick bucket of this style that they can shoot me a pic of the bracket?
