    Just found this forum and figured it would be a good idea to join. I am currently buying my second Comet. The first one was a cherry 77 2 door with 23xxx miles and a 200 auto, $3500.
    I drove it literally until the front wheel came off after a wreck.
    The latest Comet is a decent 73 2 door I got for $600. 302, auto.
    Both white with the first having a blue interior and the 73 with a black one.

    I'm in the Sandhills.
    I could use a proper grill. This was cheap and filled the gaping hole though the wife hates it.

    I love this car. Like I mentioned I had a 77 a decade ago and had to sell it. Now I have another one with a V8 this time too!
    The only problem is the drum muscle brakes. But that can be addressed later.
