    Drove the Comet to work this weekend and it got hot (215) :cold: and that was down hill so I ordered a radaitor from summit, hope it get's here in time to make it fit before the Knott's show. So I will be looking for that Big Brown Race Truck at my door:bowdown:

    I got a 3 row V8 brass replacement for $150. Local shop got it next day.

    Just got good news.....I broke a valve spring. The cost will be one valve spring, oil change & valve cover gaskets....WooHoo!!!!! Talk about lucky....(y)

    I'm leaving for Knotts in about an hour! Hope everyone is ready! Should be in L.A. by Sat. I have a Comet grill in my backseat for Luckyirishpride..hope he still wants it. Can't wait to see everyone...should be fun!

    ok guys i know you guys are eating brakefast @ 7:00 but me no going to be there at 7:00... me like dog.. me like to sleep! :D

    anyways looks like Hackman and a few others will be going down there a bit later... is there a place you want us to meet you guys so we can all pull in together like last year. we meet at some hotel last year right down the street where someone was staying i think.

    i don't have paper work with me but they close gates at 10am right? personally i don't like waiting in line and having my junk foul out and overheat waiting behind a bunch of mulestangs. so later the better IMO like last year.

    let me know asap...
