Got the ported 69 Windsor heads with 1.94/1.60 valves, the twisted torqer single plane and Demon 625 and the "Big" cam in it. It temporarily has 4.11 gears in the 8" rear until I can find the right lenth 9" for the 3.70 tracktion lock third member I have. Have to say it runs great. I had no idea it would feel this good. It pulls very hard and it's not even tuned right yet. As soon as it's tuned and running good I will start working on the 5-Speed swap. Oh it runs without problem with the 56cc chambers with the timing set to factory specs so I think the compression is alittle over 9:1. The 106 lobe seperation probably bleeds alittle off too. The thing sounds insane when I mash the gas, might be time to replace the Flowmasters with something alittle more quiet. It also gets alot of compliments when sitting there loping at a light
Congrats! Glad to here that everything is going good for you. It's nice to hear that another Ford, and especially a Maverick is running healthy. Good job, and keep us posted! Country
working on getting pics. It's one of the light yellow Grabbers if that helps. Aside from the aftermarket rims and the usuall fadeing of the paint it's in good shape.
