Converting Front Kick Panels to Factory Speaker Grill Panels

    Just an update... the other day was looking around in the junkyard and found a few sets of the grills in a late 70s Thunderbird and in some early-mid 80s LTD/Crown Vics. Most of these were mounted in the front door panels, but they are the same as the ones in out kick panels. Snagged enough to convert all my cars...

    Why a difference between the top of the blue panel and the top of the black panel?

    Black is for early car's with package trays ... blue is for later cars with glove box ..
