    Hi all,

I posted a few times here a long time ago, but is seems that maybe you changed the board. I had never re-registered, but have been lurking here from time to time, and enjoyed many of your posts here and all the great cars.

I have had two Comets now, a 71 302/3 speed car that I had through the 1980s, and my current one, a 72 351/auto that I have had since 1991.

This car is currently listed on the for sale board.

I have just finished a work assignment that took all of my time (70-80 hour weeks and ridiculous travel demands), so the car really hasn't had any attention for a couple of years. Now that I have some free time again, I am finding that I would like to start a new project, and so, I think that someone here would most appreciate what I am offering here.

Almost everything on it has been changed, wrenched on, rubbed on, whatever ... and would be a great basis for someone that wouldn't mind going through some of it again, and making it theirs.

I know that I have had a bunch of fun with it ...

Hey Captaincomet, nice looking car! Too bad I just bought a bike. Would be nice to have a pair of 72 Comets! Good luck with the sale. Steve/ITSACOMET!

    Thanks Steve.

I think this car is going to make someone here very happy.
