    Hi,

I'm in Nashville TN. Swore I'd posted more than 4 times... especially since I have bought a Maverick through here and several parts! I would like to leave feedback for the great folks that dwell here, but just read that I need at least 10 posts to do so... so watch out! I'll be postin' :yahoo:

This is a great forum... and one of my inspirations for buying a Mav. Not to mention I am sick of everything everywhere being Mustang Mustang Mustang... Not that there's anything wrong with that  ... but I prefer to be different and have loved Mavericks since I was a kid. I have the 69 Maverick Promo that I got as a kid in 1969 ( and still have )... I also have the original Maverick Grabber Hot Wheels that I got new as a kid... in excellent cond. They were 2 of my favorite toys and that is why I still have them at the ripe old age of 44 and they are both in beautiful cond. Must be something wrong with me... but that's ok!:tiphat: I plan to attend All Ford Carlisle ( hope to be in the fake 71 Cyclone Spoiler and will be mixed in w/ the DELMARVA Cougar Club ) as well as the MCG Gathering in Elizabethtown KY in July.

    Tony ( RAT )

Wow! Gorgeous Sprint! Can't wait to see it. Will definitely be looking for you. Hopefully I'll be in a grabber green metallic 71 Cyclone Spoiler Clone which should stand out amongst the Cat family... unless they make me stay out for the night... then I'll go hang out w/ Rob Day and the Torino Cyclone folks like I should in the first place :D Thanks and see you there...

Welcome aboard Tony. You have lots of cool cars.

I have personally seen Rob Day's car. I really like it.

I will be at Carlisle as well. You will see lots of Mavericks and Comets there as it will also be a Maverick Comet Club International (MCCI) Regional Mini-Meet.

Thanks and I'll be visiting... I'll also print out my membership sheet for the MCCI at work Monday and get more involved. I plan to eventually combine the 71 Torino GT convt and the fake 71 Spoiler to make a Cyclone Spoiler convt like Rob's. I actually have a real Spoiler, the fake one, and have started to make a 70 Clonechero / Ranchero w/ Cyclone nose and doors... but there is a 429CJ Ranchero that has been trying to come home with me for a while... and if it does, then I won't build the Clonechero. I have auto ADD :dancing: No tellin' what I'll build 'til it's done! ...and I'm not happy unless I have at least 3 torn apart at once :coco::slap::jack:... and 10+ in the driveway.:eek3: Looking forward to meeting some of you and seeing your cars! Get some ideas for mine...

welcome to the board. remember that some areas posts do not total up in the count. such as those posts in the for sale and the auction areas. that's why you seem to post more than what it says.:)
