Bubbles are normal. Most oil has a light detergent in it to prevent sludging.

Is the car actually smoking blue? If so, when? Are you positive it's not just a leak?

if you check the oil at the stick, and its unreasonably foamy(soapy lookin) you may have a blown head gasket,or water in the oil. whats the oil smell like? id change it anyways if its suspect. no oil leaks visible?(it aint runnin out the bottom is it?) filter on tight. just checkin. as far as the smoke show. try new oil/plugs/check the points/condensor/pickup if its electronic/rotor and cap. is the choke open when its runnin? this mess is a process of elimination. do the easy/obvious first. it(the motor) is in close enough time ? move slow and think fast and it will get figured out by someone on here.

all of those have been replaced very recently(all within 100, other than the head gasket) i'll take a picture when i get my digital camera back, but the oil is kinda greenish(i added engine restore, but that usually turns it kinda gray) you think my burnt out plugs could be whats burning the oil?

Do a compression test on the motor.......that should reveal much needed information and eliminate a lot of guess work.
