I have been looking around today to see if there was anything 'new' out there...

    We all know about:
Hooker 6208 (351w Stang swap headers that can be used)
Tubular (forgot PN, these are big tubes for 65-66 Stang)

Snooping around the web today, I came up with a few that I never heard of. They are all early Stang/Falcon, we all know that LT 1.75"s are nowhere for Mavericks.

JBA-6608 (expensive... the 'cheapies' start out as stainless, then prices just go through the roof as you get different flavor coatings)

    JBA-6610 (same notes as above)

JBA-6607 (same as other JBAs, but these are auto only, and fit C6/AOD)
    No pics
Hedman 85003 (expensive, but look cheap compared to JBAs)
    No pics...

All of these JBAs and Hedman except the 6607 are listed as fitting stock 4 speed or C4, so it's a good chance our Z-bar will clear...
Shouldn't be any spacers because these are all 302 block headers.
Our firewall is closer to the engine, so there might be the rub.

The Hedman Hustlers run 4-5 Franklins, while the JBAs can be found in the high 7s for the cheapos and up to 1200 for their super-dooper, must be dipped in gold, "titanium coated stainless steel"...

I'd like to find a pic of the Hedmans.
I forgot to mention that there are still the Crites 1.75" headers out there too. I just don't have much faith in them because they claim to be one part fits all. I just can't see one part number fitting a 302 and a 351w with any combo and no variation in the part.

I WISH someone would just take a set of 6901s and copy them exactly in 1.75" tubes. Problem solved IMO.

Also, if you notice, JBA has a butt load of part numbers, but they are all the same design for the most part.
The collectors just seem to wander off in different directions being the main difference.

Those are the standard issue headers.
Hedman's 'Hustler' brand headers are made in a totally different shop by hand for racing. The regular Hedmans are made on a production line in bulk.
I think that is why pics of Hustlers are non-existant.

those JBA may work , one thing i notice is on the driver side header right where the #5,6 tubes cross over 7 it would probely hit the gear box , that is one of the problems with my 6208s right up close to the gear box...

if i had a million bajillion dollars id try em all see what works but im broke;)
