Just to keep up with all of you guys that have more Mavericks than me, I finally got a Maverick just for parts. We dug this one out from the behind the barn under the snow situation. I was way off with what I originally thought it was. Now that it is out, you can see my confusion. It is actually a '77 stick car. Enjoy the weirdness!

Neat find! Can you take some more pictures of the tail panel from inside the trunk?

Actually, one of the projects tomorrow is...
bust out the trunk lock to get inside the trunk. My guess is it will be a hack job in there, but fun to take pictures of.

Unique find, Mustang tailights, Mustang/Cougar console, LDO seats. Looks like it might have the Mustang rear in it to. What engine and trans?
Also you can take out the rear seat and go through into the trunk to open it.

thats a nice find. the car its self looks pretty rough but its definatly a boat load of cool parts to say the least, graber spoiler, cross hair turn signals, small bumpers, buckets etc. what happened to the dr side door? looks like someone tried to peel the skin off? it does look it might have a wider rear in it unless someone put on a set of wheels with not enough backspace. if you do craw through the rear seat to open the trunk watch out for any roudents who may have taken up residence

It is a 1977 car that someone did a big bumper/small bumper conversion, changed from manual to automatic, switched the grills, the taillights, rear end and I think someone of the interior parts were white painted black. There is no motor. It has disc brakes in the front and manual pedals. I haven't looked at the numbers to see 6 or 8. I haven't figured out the original car color. Yes, the door skin is peeled, who knows why. The rear end is actually a 9 inch from a Mustang. That is one of the reason we drug it home(you can never have enough of those laying around...), The rodent threat from the back seat in is one of the reasons I was going to try to punch the trunk lock out. That console almost fits and then it has an automatic floor shifter. But the deluxe gas cap is nice! Not too much good metal on it, mostly just glass(except windshield), chrome, 9 inch, some misc parts and I needed bucket seats for another car.
