Hi everybody, great site, good information, I have been a casual observer for some time, so I figured I'd join up.

I have a 1972 Maverick, I got it from the original owner on Long Island in 2002, typical 200cid, bench seat, automatic. I've done quite a bit to it since, just a few changes include; 351w (no shock tower mods), Granada front disc swap, PA Performance C4 w/Hurst 1/4 stick, Currie 9" w/3.91, Mustang gas tank conversion (thanks Mavaholic), Fairmont Futura seats, modified Mercury Zepher console, Boss429 hood scoop, plus many smaller things done. It's a blast to drive, mainly street driven, I hit the track 10-12 times a year to really wring it out. Future plans include a gear change to 3.50's, convert to a 5 speed, and many more things to do and change. Hope to see some of you around, good luck to all.

Thanks for the responses. I run in the high 12s, best of 12.78 at 107 while still tuning and playing around with carb spacers, jetting and timing. We'll see what's in store this spring, I'll be doing the gear change before I hit the track again.
