comet gt hood scoop question

Hi all.. i just came across a comet gt hood scoop for my 72 comet ,i need to know 2 questions.. hope you all can help.
1= were do you find the studs and washers for the gt scoop? as it came with
none.2nd what is the correct location of the scoop on the hood?

You can find the studs, washers, and nuts thru AMK or any Mustang place.
